Park Electrochemical

Park Electrochemical Corp. announced a major expansion of its aerospace manufacturing, development and design facilities at Newton City-County Airport in Newton, Kansas, including a 90,000 sq ft redundant facility, at a cost of approximately $19 million, expected to be completed in the first half of 2020.

Park Electrochemical Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Electronics Business to AGC Inc. for $145 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Park's third fiscal quarter ending November 25, 2018.
