Novaria Group

Novaria Group acquired The Young Engineers (TYE), a designer and manufacturer of aircraft and aerospace fasteners and inserts. Terms were not disclosed. TYE operations will continue at its Southern California facility.

KKR has entered into an agreement to acquire Novaria Group, a manufacturer of specialty aerospace hardware, from Rosewood Private Investments and Tailwind Advisors. The financial details were not disclosed.

Fort Worth-based Novaria Group acquired Acra Aerospace LLC, a manufacturer of complex aerospace engine components in Anaheim, California. No price was disclosed.

KLX Aerospace Solutions has acquired the laboratory operations assets of John Hassall, LLC, including the Laboratory Controlled at Source lab assets and technical personnel. The companies also formed a strategic partnership giving KLX exclusivity on certain Novaria product lines.
