Smart Care, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired Refrigeration Anytime, a commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment repair company based in Manor, Texas. The acquisition strengthens Smart Care's presence in Texas.

Zone Climate Services, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, acquired Smart Care Equipment Solutions. The combined business will operate under the Smart Care brand as North America's largest provider of commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment services.

Smart Care Equipment Solutions has acquired Horizon Bradco, a distributor of commercial and industrial food processing equipment. Terms were not disclosed.

Smart Care Equipment Solutions has acquired Mid-South Maintenance, a provider of commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance services in the greater Nashville area, expanding its national footprint.

Smart Care Equipment Solutions acquired REMCO, a regional provider of commercial kitchen repair and maintenance services based in Birmingham, Alabama. Terms were not disclosed.
