Ronin Equity Partners

Ronin Equity Partners has formed Lotus Beverage Alliance through the simultaneous merger of six companies, including G.W. Kent Inc., Alpha Brewing Operations, Twin Monkeys, Stout Tanks and Kettles, Brewmation, and Automated Extractions. The combined entity has a value of $100 million.

Ronin Equity Partners completed the simultaneous acquisition of QBD Group and Minus Forty Group, two Toronto-based manufacturers of commercial refrigeration equipment. The deal amount is undisclosed.
