Robopac USA and Sotemapack formed a joint venture to broaden the range of end-of-line packaging solutions available to international customers.

Robopac USA, based in Duluth, Georgia, has acquired a majority stake in Italian packaging machinery manufacturer Sotemapack. The joint venture will broaden end-of-line packaging solutions.
