Biolight

Biolight announced it will form a joint venture with Beijing Zhili Medical Technology Co., Ltd., named Sichuan Biolight Zhili Medical Technology Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 18 million. Biolight will contribute RMB 11.7 million (65%) and Zhili Medical RMB 6.3 million (35%).

A German-Chinese joint venture between Med-Tec Holding and Biolight will build a dialysis filter plant in Laage, Germany. The first phase involves EUR 12 million investment, with construction starting in June 2018 and production expected by end of 2018.
