Cheplapharm acquires 24.9% stake in CLEARUM and forms Med-Tec Holding
Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH acquired a 24.9% stake in CLEARUM GmbH via a capital increase and will acquire 24.9% of the joint venture Med-Tec Holding GmbH. The investment volume is about EUR 70 million, creating up to 150 jobs.
