NVH Korea

NVH Korea, through its subsidiary NVH Wonbang Tech, acquired 85.1% of Wonbang Tech for approximately 160 billion won to enter the HVAC and cleanroom market for pharmaceuticals and secondary batteries.

NVH Korea signed a contract to supply two types of headlining to Volkswagen and Audi from its Czech plant. The supply is valued at approximately KRW 59 billion, with mass production starting in May 2020 and deliveries continuing through 2028-2029.
