Equistone Partners Europe

Cathay Capital Private Equity will acquire a majority stake in German automobile supplier E. WINKEMANN GmbH from Equistone Partners Europe. The company plans to support Winkemann's international expansion, including extending its production site in Plettenberg.

Equistone Partners Europe has agreed to acquire Accès Industrie, a French rental company for aerial work platforms and telescopic forklifts, from Parquest Capital, becoming the majority shareholder alongside management.

ENGIE Deutschland GmbH has signed an agreement to acquire OTTO Luft- und Klimatechnik GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist in ventilation, air conditioning, cooling technology and building automation. OTTO has 700 employees and estimated 2018 turnover of EUR 120 million. The deal is subject to cartel authority approval.

Equistone Partners Europe acquired a majority stake in BOAL Group, a Dutch designer and manufacturer of aluminium greenhouse systems. The financial terms were undisclosed. The acquisition is subject to anti-trust clearance.
