Silicone breast implant makers Polytech Health & Aesthetics and G&G Biotechnology have agreed to a stock-swap merger. G&G designed the lightweight B-Lite breast implant, which Polytech manufactures in Dieburg, Germany.

POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics and AMSilk announced the start of the POSIS clinical study, the first-in-human safety testing of silk-coated silicone breast implants in Europe. The study began at medical universities in Austria.
