BITZER and Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems (MEHITS) signed an agreement to establish BITZER MEHITS Advanced Solutions GmbH, a joint venture focused on research and development of compressors for HVAC and IT cooling. BITZER will hold the majority stake.

Bitzer announced plans to acquire OJ Electronics, a Danish manufacturer of controls for ventilation systems and electric floor heating. The transaction is expected to close no later than Q3 2023.

BITZER US, Inc., a subsidiary of the BITZER Group, completed the acquisition of VaCom Technologies, Inc., a provider of refrigeration technology and energy performance systems. The deal enhances BITZER's capabilities in North America.
