BITZER Group signed an acquisition contract to acquire OJ Electronics A/S, a Sønderborg, Denmark maker of control solutions for ventilation systems and electric floor heating. The deal is expected to close no later than Q3 2023, subject to usual approvals.

German compressor maker Bitzer is establishing a joint venture in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, to manufacture small-capacity rotary compressors in a 90,000 m2 plant under construction, with production planned for the first half of 2022.

BITZER, the refrigeration compressor maker, announced the acquisition of ElectraTherm, a Reno, Nevada company making Organic Rankine Cycle waste heat to power generators. The deal gives BITZER a US subsidiary entry into the waste heat to power market.
