MED-ALLY

Resonetics announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Resolution Medical, a provider of integrated design and manufacturing solutions for complex medical devices. Resolution Medical is headquartered in Fridley, MN, with additional operations in the Netherlands. The acquisition adds capabilities in neuromodulation, structural heart, and interventional cardiology markets.

MED-ALLY is locating a new 10,000-square-foot manufacturing operation in Goose Creek, South Carolina, investing $2.38 million and creating 90 jobs. The facility is expected to be fully operational in March 2018.
