Core Molding Technologies announced a $25 million expansion of its Mexican manufacturing facility to support a $150 million Volvo truck roof contract, with production starting in Q1 2027.

Core Molding Technologies acquired substantially all assets of Horizon Plastics International Inc. for approximately $63 million in cash. HPI operates two facilities in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada and Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
