Contegra Construction is building a 100,000-square-foot solar-powered manufacturing plant for Manner Polymers in Mount Vernon, Illinois. The plant will manufacture flexible PVC compounds, expand production capacity by 100 million pounds, and create 60 new jobs.

Manner Polymers announced a new 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Mount Vernon, Illinois, to produce PVC compounds for automotive EVs and solar panels. The $54 million investment will create over 60 jobs, with production expected to commence in fall 2025.
