AND&OR has acquired Madrid-based Franco Dolfini Automation, a manufacturer of automation machinery for plastic bottle manufacturing. The acquisition strengthens AND&OR's position in the blow molding industry.

And&Or S.A. successfully supplied a 55,000 bph empty bottle packing line for HDPE containers to Southern Packaging in Changzhou, China. The line includes bottle unscrambler, rotary leak tester, vision system, servo bottle divider, automatic bagging machine and palletizing system.
