Profine Group

profine Group acquired EFP International B.V., a Dutch company specializing in aluminium and facade profile systems. The acquisition expands profine's product portfolio into aluminium system solutions for the global construction market under the Kömmerling brand.

Profine Group has purchased a 750,000 square foot site in Pirmasens, Germany to expand production facilities for its Kömmerling brand of PVCu profiles. The company plans to invest a double-digit million euro amount by 2022 and increase the workforce from 1,200. Development is planned from summer 2018.
