Faurecia (China) Holding Co., Ltd.

Wuling Motors' non-wholly owned subsidiary Wuling Industry entered into an agreement to sell a second batch of assets used for automotive seat production and operation to Faurecia Automotive Seats Joint Venture for CNY 11.3148 million.

Wuling Motors' subsidiary Wuling Industry and Faurecia (China) signed a joint venture agreement to establish Faurecia (Liuzhou) Automotive Interior Systems Co., Ltd., each owning 50% with a registered capital of CNY 300 million.
