NZIV to build basalt fiber insulation plant in Novosibirsk
Novosibirsk Artificial Fiber Plant (NZIV), part of Rostec, announced plans to build a new production facility for basalt fiber thermal insulation materials. The plant will have a capacity of 15,000 tonnes per year, with investments of 600 million rubles. Construction starts in 2018, with launch expected by end of 2020 and full capacity in 2021.
