Holcim (Rus), part of LafargeHolcim, started a new clinker production line at its cement plant in Volsk, Russia, on August 11, 2017. The investment of 18 billion rubles includes a new semi-wet process line with a capacity of 4,500 tonnes of cement per day, making the plant more environmentally friendly.
