Eurocement to build cement plant in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Russian European Cement Group (Eurocement) announced it will build a dry cement production plant in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with Chinese contractor Beijing Triumph Building Materials Engineering. The $160 million project is to be completed by 2020.
