Agropur Inc. announced a $21.3 million expansion at its processing plant in Wyoming, Michigan, to modernize production lines and increase capacity, creating 62 new jobs over three years.

Agropur cooperative and Agrifoods International Cooperative announced an agreement for Agropur to become the sole owner of Aliments Ultima, a yogurt company previously owned equally by both. The transaction keeps the assets under Canadian dairy producers.
