Sioen Industries has reached an agreement to acquire Dickson Coatings from Glen Raven Inc. Dickson Coatings will continue to operate as an independent business unit. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Glen Raven, Inc. closed its acquisition of Sunbury Textile Mills, a market leader in decorative jacquard fabrics. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sunbury becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Glen Raven.

Glen Raven, a performance fabric provider, signed a letter of intent to acquire Sunbury Textile Mills, a decorative jacquard fabric designer and manufacturer. Sunbury will become a subsidiary of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics LLC.
