Sioen Fabrics, a company of Sioen Industries, has signed an agreement with Seyntex to purchase assets of Techma Coatings, including production equipment, customer portfolio, product formulations and production methods, for EUR 300,000 plus EUR 800,000 for inventories.

Sioen Industries NV has acquired 100% of the shares of James Dewhurst Group, a leading manufacturer of technical textiles and Europe's largest producer of open construction laid scrims, for £44 million. The acquisition was announced on 2017-05-23.

Sioen Industries NV acquired the Ursuit Group, a Finnish manufacturer of dry suits for diving, fishing, and professional use, for EUR 22.4 million plus EUR 3 million in real estate. Ursuit's CEO Ville Rantala will continue to manage the business.
