Synopsys signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain IP assets of INVECAS, including logic libraries, I/O, memory, interface and analog IP, and a team of R&D engineers. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of fiscal 2020.

Invecas Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lattice Semiconductor Corporation's HDMI design team and Simplay Labs subsidiary, including approximately 150 R&D staff and labs in the U.S., India, and China.
