Polyplex Thailand expands BOPET film line in Decatur, Alabama
Polyplex Thailand (PTL) announced plans to expand its existing operations in Decatur, Alabama, USA, by adding a second BOPET film line with 50 KTPA capacity and debottlenecking the resin plant to increase capacity from 58 to 86 KTPA. Investment commitment is USD 103 million, with construction starting in H1 2021 and production expected in about 24 months.

Polyplex to build PET film plant in Indonesia
Polyplex (Thailand)'s board approved a Bt3.1 billion investment to establish a PET film manufacturing plant in Indonesia. The plant is scheduled to commence operations at the end of 2018.
