BG Container Glass board approves M&A plan to build total packaging solutions business
BG Container Glass (BGC) in Thailand has approved an M&A investment plan covering two companies that make plastic films, caps, PET bottles, preforms and corrugated boxes, as part of a strategy to double revenue from 10,000 to 25,000 million baht by 2025. The plan will go to the annual shareholders meeting.

Bangkok Glass unit to build Bt2 billion glass-container plant in Ratchaburi
BG Container Glass, a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass, announced a Bt2 billion glass-container factory in Ratchaburi with daily capacity of 400 tonnes. The plant is due to start operations in the third quarter of 2018.
