Bangkok Glass, BG Container Glass and Singha acquired a combined 25.1% stake in Bangkok Can Manufacturing from Toyo Seikan in a deal valued at over THB 499 million.
BG Container Glass, a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass, announced a Bt2 billion glass-container factory in Ratchaburi with daily capacity of 400 tonnes. The plant is due to start operations in the third quarter of 2018.
