Albaad started up its new WLM1 nonwovens production line in Dimona, Israel, using Voith and Trützschler's WLS technology. The line produces wet-laid and hydro-entangled nonwovens from 100% cellulose at speeds over 200 meters per minute.
Trützschler and Toyota Industry Corporation agreed that Trützschler will take over complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of the TC012 combing machine, which had been co-managed since 2012.
Russian manufacturer Rusvata has inaugurated a new Truetzschler spunlacing line for hydroentangled nonwovens at its headquarters in Rjasan, with a monthly capacity of over 700 tonnes. The investment is part of a long-term modernisation strategy and is expected to create 150 new jobs.
Trützschler signed an agreement with Zhejiang Wang Jin Nonwoven for two spunlace lines. The first line is a high-speed carding line with random roller technology, and the second is a crosslapper. The lines will begin production in 2017.
