Avgol

Indorama Ventures has agreed to acquire Sorepla Industrie S.A., a French plastics recycler with a combined capacity of 52,000 tonnes per year and 58 employees. The deal expands its food-grade rPET supply in Europe.

Avgol signed an agreement to sell its 30,000 sqm factory in Barkan, Israel for NIS 52.5 million ($15 million), with a lease-back for two years. The six production lines remain under Avgol's ownership. Completion expected by end of 2017.
