TTI Inc.

TTI, Inc., a specialty distributor of electronic components, announced the closing of its acquisition of RFMW Ltd., a RF and Microwave specialty component distributor headquartered in Silicon Valley, California. RFMW will continue to operate under its brand name.

TTI, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, acquired privately held Compona AG of Switzerland and its German subsidiary Cosy Electronics GmbH. Both are specialty distributors of interconnect products.

TTI Inc. has acquired Symmetry Electronics, a privately held semiconductor distributor based in Hawthorne, California. Symmetry will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTI with current management remaining in place.
