PWS

SENNEBOGEN, NIDC, PWS (a subsidiary of AHQ Group) and Bersy Engineering Consultancy FZE entered into a joint venture for local production of lattice boom crawler cranes in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The investment is SAR 220 million (€49.5 million). The joint venture was announced on 8 June 2026.

PWS (ASX: PET) constructed a new purpose-built manufacturing factory in the Changxing economic zone, 150 km from Shanghai, to produce Phoslock and other water remediation products. Initial Phoslock production capacity is 5,000 tonnes per year, expandable to 45,000 tonnes per year.
