Osmoflo Holdings

Almar Water Solutions, part of Abdul Latif Jameel Energy, acquired Chilean water treatment company Osmoflo SpA, expanding its portfolio into third-party operation and maintenance services and establishing its first operational footprint in Latin America.

Hitachi Zosen has acquired Marubeni Corp's remaining 30% interest in Osmoflo Holdings Pty Ltd, after taking a 70% stake last year.

Hitachi Zosen Corp (Hitz) officially acquired majority ownership of Osmoflo Holdings Pty Ltd, a desalination company based in South Australia.

Hitachi Zosen Corporation will acquire 70% of the outstanding shares of Australian desalination firm Osmoflo Holdings, making it a subsidiary. The remaining 30% will continue to be held by Marubeni Water Australia.
