Republic Cement & Building Materials and Republic Iligan awarded Archon Nell Incorporated the 2019 annual supply contract to supply Morgan refractory castable materials to all RCC cement plants in the Philippines.

Republic Cement and Building Materials Inc. signed contracts with Aboitiz Construction Inc. for structural and mechanical works at its Bulacan and Cebu sites, to be completed in 11 months.

AEV CRH Holdings, a subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, is acquiring the 11.15% minority stake in Republic Cement & Building Materials held by the public through a tender offer at €0.2178 per share. Final payment is expected by September 30, 2017.

Republic Cement and Building Materials Inc. plans to invest $250 million to $300 million over five years to boost annual domestic production capacity by one million tons. The expansion will involve debottlenecking and building new kilns.
