Digital Power Corporation

TurnOnGreen's subsidiary Digital Power Corporation received $1.0 million in purchase orders from a global defense technology company to manufacture and supply portable power solutions for tactical communications networks used by Homeland Security, first responders, and U.S. and NATO personnel.

Digital Power Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire control of Microphase Corporation, a 62-year-old designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave components for defense, aerospace and telecom. The transaction is valued at an undisclosed amount and is expected to double Digital Power's revenues.
