Consolis

Consolis has reached an agreement to acquire Spanish precast concrete company Tecnyconta, aiming to expand its presence in the Spanish market.

Consolis, through its subsidiary Parma Oy, signed an agreement to acquire TMB Group, a precast concrete manufacturer in the Baltics and Finland, with revenue exceeding EUR 120 million in 2017 and about 500 employees.

Bain Capital Private Equity completed the acquisition of Consolis, a European pre-cast concrete products group, from LBO France. Consolis operates in over 28 countries, employs approximately 10,000 people, and generated €1.4 billion in revenue in 2016.
