Bain Capital Private Equity

Bain Capital Private Equity and BC Partners signed definitive documents for a joint ownership agreement over Fedrigoni, a producer of self-adhesive labels and fibre-based packaging. The agreement was announced on 26 July 2022.

Bain Capital Private Equity announced the acquisition of World Wide Packaging LLC, a provider of cosmetic packaging components and plastic tubes. Bain also agreed to buy a Chinese cosmetics packaging maker and plans to merge the two companies.

Loews Corporation has agreed to acquire Consolidated Container Company, a rigid plastic packaging manufacturer, from Bain Capital Private Equity for approximately $1.2 billion, with closing expected in the second quarter of 2017.
