Nelson-Miller, Inc.

Nelson Miller Group, a portfolio company of New Water Capital, has acquired Injection Works, a custom thermoplastic injection molding company in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, to expand its domestic plastics manufacturing capabilities.

Nelson-Miller, Inc. acquired Wilson-Hurd Mfg. Co., a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of electronic control products, nameplates, dials, and medical products. Wilson-Hurd will operate as a division of Nelson-Miller.
