Holcim Aggregati Calcestruzzi, part of LafargeHolcim, and Colabeton are seeking to merge their concrete businesses in northern Italy into a new jointly-owned company with equal share capital and board seats. The merger has been referred to the ECB and Italian authorities, with a final decision expected by end of 2017.
