Sweden-based industrial distributor Ahlsell signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal, a specialist industrial sales and maintenance company focused on flow technology.

Swedish industrial distributor Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal, a flow technology sales and maintenance company with about SEK60 million in revenue and 22 employees. The deal is expected to close in June 2026.

JBT Corp. of Chicago agreed to buy United Kingdom-based Proseal, a tray sealing technology maker, for 220 million pounds ($258.67 million), with closing expected in the second quarter of 2021 subject to regulatory approvals.
