Ahlsell to acquire ViaCon VA, cleared by Swedish competition authority
Ahlsell agreed in June 2017 to acquire the Swedish VA distributor ViaCon VA, with annual revenue of about 320 MSEK, and the Swedish Competition Authority has now approved the deal. Takeover is expected in early November 2017.
