Nordic Climate Group

Nordic Climate Group acquires HP Kyla & Värme AB and its subsidiary HP Klimatservice AB. The combined companies have annual revenue of about SEK 67 million and 42 employees.

MV-Jäähdytys Oy, a subsidiary of Nordic Climate Group, has acquired Kylmäkeskus Sami Oy, a Finnish refrigeration company with 17 employees and nearly €5 million in revenue, strengthening its position in the Kanta-Häme region.

Nordic Climate Group has acquired Kylanläggningar i Norrköping AB, a Swedish company specializing in refrigeration and heat pump solutions for climate, food industry and large kitchens, to strengthen its position in eastern Sweden.

Nordic Climate Group has acquired PVN Køleteknik A/S, a Danish refrigeration company based in Ringe, Fyn. The acquisition strengthens Nordic Climate Group's position in Denmark as a leading installer of cooling, heating, and energy solutions.

SA-AL Køleteknik, a Danish supplier of commercial and industrial refrigeration solutions, is joining Nordic Climate Group as part of the Group's expansion into the Nordic region.

Nordic Climate Group, a portfolio company of Altor, announced the acquisition of MV-Jäähdytys, Finland's leading independent supplier of heating and cooling services. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Private equity firm Altor has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Nordic Climate Group, a leading refrigeration contractor in Sweden and Norway, from Capillar Equity. The group has estimated revenues of SEK2.2 billion and employs around 800 people.

Altor Fund V has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Nordic Climate Group, a services and solutions company in the cooling and heating industry, from Capillar Equity. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Capillar Equity has created Nordic Climate Group, a Swedish refrigeration and technical solutions group, by acquiring 20 companies and 12 franchisees. The group has combined sales of SEK 1.3 billion and about 500 employees, with Capillar holding just over 50% of shares.

Nordic Climate Group, newly established with Capillar Equity, acquired LL:s Kylteknik, a Swedish refrigeration technology company with 25 employees and SEK 80 million turnover. The deal was announced on May 16, 2021.

Nordic Climate Group has expanded its operations in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Amsterdam-based IJskoud BV.
