Nordic Climate Group, newly established with Capillar Equity, acquired LL:s Kylteknik, a Swedish refrigeration technology company with 25 employees and SEK 80 million turnover. The deal was announced on May 16, 2021.

SCG Supplies has secured a deal to become the Scottish distributor for Northern Ireland-based crushing specialist Tesab. The firm has already sold a Tesab 800i jaw crusher to W H Malcolm Ltd for use at Loanhead Quarry.
