Dexter Axle Co.

Dexter Axle Company, a subsidiary of DexKo Global Inc., has acquired 100% of the equity interests in Redneck Inc. and Redline Products, LLC, headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Dexter Axle Co. has agreed to acquire IMT's light-, medium-, and heavy-duty axles business, including the Ingersoll Axles division in Ontario and Indiana, and the light-duty Axles division of IMT Standen's in Alberta. The transition is expected within weeks.
