IMT Spa

Tractors and Farm Equipment Ltd (TAFE) acquired Serbian tractor and agriculture equipment brand IMT - Industrija Masina i Traktora. The deal size was not disclosed.

Taiwan-headquartered Fair Friend Group (FFG) is acquiring Italian grinding manufacturers Meccanodora, Morara and Tacchella from IMT Spa through its affiliate Grinding Technology Srl, adding three European machine tool brands to its portfolio.

Dexter Axle Co. has agreed to acquire IMT's light-, medium-, and heavy-duty axles business, including the Ingersoll Axles division in Ontario and Indiana, and the light-duty Axles division of IMT Standen's in Alberta. The transition is expected within weeks.

Dexter, a DexKo Global Inc. company, has agreed to purchase the heavy duty axle and suspension manufacturing assets of Ingersoll Axles and the light duty axle manufacturing assets of Standen's from the IMT Group. The transaction includes locations in Ingersoll, Ontario; Calgary, Alberta; and Indianapolis, Indiana.
