Etex Group acquires Skamol Group from FSN Capital Partners
Etex Group, a Belgian building materials manufacturer, acquired Skamol Group, a Danish manufacturer of high-temperature insulation systems, from private equity firm FSN Capital Partners and pension funds Danica and Pensam. Skamol has four facilities in Denmark and Poland.

Panattoni Europe building Skamol insulation factory in Opole
Panattoni Europe is constructing a 6,000 sqm silicate board factory for Skamol A/S in Opole, Poland, with completion planned for April 2017 and production launch in November 2017.
