Panattoni Europe is converting 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III into a plant for Sealed Air producing PE foam packaging. Production is scheduled to start in November 2019 under a lease signed in April 2019.
Panattoni Europe finished building a roughly 13,000 sq m build-to-suit factory for Finnish hydraulic cylinder maker Hydroline in Stargard, Poland, with production set to start in August 2019.
Panattoni Europe has been awarded a contract by Volkswagen Group to build a packaging centre for automotive parts at JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. The five-hall facility will cover about 45,000 square metres on a 100,000 square metre site, with construction scheduled to begin in June 2018.
