LG Electronics, together with parent LG Corp., is acquiring ZKW Group, a premium automotive lighting and headlight systems provider, for over EUR 1.1 billion. LG Electronics will hold a 70% stake and LG Corp. the remaining 30%.

Arçelik and LG will invest an additional $57 million in their joint venture factory in Kocaeli, Turkey, extending their agreement to 2023.
