South Korean Hyosung Group is awaiting Vietnamese prime minister approval to start construction of a $1.2 billion polypropylene manufacturing complex at Cai Mep Industrial Zone in Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The first stage includes an LPG storage tank and a PP plant with 600,000 tonnes per year capacity.
