Riverstone Holdings

Service Center Metals, an aluminum extruder based in Prince George, Virginia, was acquired by The Riverstone Group through its investment entity SCM Industries.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved the transfer of operating licenses for both units at the Susquehanna nuclear power plant, the final regulatory approval for affiliates of Riverstone Holdings to acquire Talen Energy. The transaction is expected to close within 10 business days.
